Workflow | Update Date Fields When Meeting Logged Automation
When tribe calls are completed, certain member date fields (such as the last tribe call date) need to be updated automatically to maintain accurate tracking. Manual updates can lead to inconsistencies or outdated data, affecting reporting and member management.

Trigger:
The automation triggers when the following conditions are met:-
The member type is Immersion, DEO-Lite, or Elite.

The status is Active, including any of the following: Active Final Bill Month, Active Final Onboarding, Active Good Standing, or Active Notified of Leave.

The Last Booked Meeting Date is known.

High-Level Actions:

The system checks if the call and meeting type is a Tribe Call and the outcome is Completed.

If both conditions are true, it proceeds to the Tribe Call Complete branch.

The workflow then updates the Last Tribe Call Date field with the Meeting Date.

If conditions are not met, the automation ends with no further action.

Ensures that when a Tribe Call is completed, the member’s Last Tribe Call Date field is automatically updated.
