Training | HubSpot | How to Create a Workflow

Purpose

This training explains how to create a new workflow in HubSpot.
Learners will gain the ability to navigate to the Automation section, start a workflow from scratch, and configure triggers and properties. Understanding this process is essential for automating routine tasks and improving efficiency in HubSpot.


Training Content

  1. Log in to HubSpot.

  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Automation.

  3. Click the Automation icon, then select Workflows.

  4. On the Workflows page, click Create Workflow.

  5. When prompted, choose Start from Scratch.

  6. A new workflow screen will appear.

  7. Select your Trigger for the workflow.

    • Choose the appropriate object (e.g., Contact, Company, or Deal).

  8. Configure the workflow by setting custom properties and additional settings based on your goals.

  9. Save your workflow once configuration is complete.

  10. You can refer to related videos or trainings for deeper understanding of specific workflow options and actions.
