Training | HubSpot | How to Create a New Deal Pipeline
Purpose
This training explains how to create a new Deal Pipeline in HubSpot.
Learners will understand how to access the pipeline settings, create a new pipeline, and customize its details to align with their team’s sales or workflow structure.
Training Content

Open HubSpot.

In the top navigation bar, click Settings.

In the left sidebar, find the Objects section.

Under Objects, select Deals.

In the Deals settings, you’ll see several configuration options such as:

Setup
-
Associations
-
Pipelines
-
Records
-
Customization
-

Select Pipelines.

Click the Pipeline dropdown menu.

From the dropdown, select Create Pipeline.

Enter a name for your new pipeline — for example: Testing Tutorial.

Click Create (or confirm your selection).

The new pipeline will appear in your list of deal pipelines.

You can now customize your pipeline stages, due dates, and field configurations as needed.

Save your changes once the pipeline setup is complete.
💡 Tip: After creating your pipeline, review each stage to ensure naming and properties reflect your team’s sales process accurately.
