This training explains how to add an Association Property List card to a record view in HubSpot.
Learners will understand how to navigate to object settings, edit a specific record view, and configure the association card to display related data between objects.

Training Content

1. In HubSpot, click the Settings gear icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Objects.

3. Click the object you want to work with.

   • Example: Companies.

4. Within the object settings, select Record Customization.

5. Choose to either create a new view or edit an existing one.

   • Example: Edit the Coaching View used for Coaches and CCs.

6. Click the name of the view to open its configuration page.

7. Hover over the section where you want to add a new card.

   • Example: Add it below the Primary Member card.

8. Click Add Card.

9. In the search field, type Association.

10. From the search results, select Association Property List.

11. Click Create Card.

12. Choose the object you want to associate with the current object.

• Example: If you’re editing the Company object, select Contacts as the associated object.

1. Select the properties you want displayed in the list (e.g., First Name, Last Name).

2. Click Save to apply your changes.

3. The new Association Property List card will now appear in your view configuration.

💡 Tip: When setting up associations, always verify that the associated object (e.g., Contacts, Deals) aligns with the data your team needs to reference frequently.
