Training | HubSpot | How to Add a Report to a Dashboard

Purpose

This training explains how to add an existing report to a dashboard in HubSpot.
Learners will understand how to locate reports, use the Actions menu, and select dashboards to efficiently organize and display key analytics.


Training Content

  1. Log in to HubSpot.

  2. In the left sidebar, locate and click the Reporting icon.

  3. Select Reports from the dropdown menu.

  4. On the Reports page, locate the report you want to add to a dashboard.

    • You can browse the list or search by report name.

  5. Hover your cursor over the name of the report.

  6. When you hover, you’ll see an Actions button appear.

  7. Click the Actions button.

  8. From the dropdown options, select Add to Dashboard.

  9. Choose the dashboard where you want to add this report.

  10. Confirm your selection.

  11. The report will now be added to the chosen dashboard and visible alongside other widgets or reports.

💡 Tip: If you already have a dashboard open, you can also add reports directly from the dashboard view by selecting Add Report.
