Purpose

This training explains how to add and configure filters in HubSpot views. Learners will gain the skill to locate and apply filters to data across different areas such as companies, contacts, and coaching views. This helps users narrow down data efficiently and tailor views to their reporting or analysis needs.

Training Content

1. Navigate to the view where you want to apply a filter (e.g., All Companies, Coaching, or Contacts).

2. Click Advanced Filters.

3. In the search field, type the property name you want to filter by (e.g., Annual Revenue).

4. Click the property (e.g., Annual Revenue).

5. Choose a filter condition:

   • is equal to (for a specific value, such as 1 million), or

   • is greater than, is less than, or is between (for a range of values).

6. Apply the filter to view results dynamically across your selected dataset.
