SOP | Submitting the Organizational Data Form in HubSpot

Purpose & Overview

The purpose of this SOP is to provide clear, step-by-step instructions for locating, filling out, and submitting the Organizational Data Form within HubSpot. This ensures all required organizational and contact information is accurately recorded for consistency and data integrity across the system.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the left-hand side of the HubSpot screen.

  2. Locate and select “Marketing” — identified by the megaphone-shaped icon under the CRM section.

  3. Click “Forms.”

  4. If the form does not appear at the top, type “organization” into the search bar.

  5. Once the form appears, hover over it, click “Actions,” then “View,” and finally “View Form.”

  6. Fill in the most important fields:

    • Company Name

    • Contact’s First Name

    • Contact’s Last Name

    • Contact’s Email

  7. While other fields are optional, it is recommended to fill out as much information as possible.

  8. After completing the form, click “Submit.”

  9. Confirm submission when the tab displays “Form submitted. Thank you.”

  10. You may then exit the form.
