This SOP outlines the process for locating a member’s contract in HubSpot. It ensures that staff can quickly access contract documents either through the HubSpot company record or the member’s shared folder. Following this procedure helps maintain efficiency and consistency when referencing or verifying signed agreements.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Search for the member’s company in HubSpot.

Open the Company record.

Navigate to the Activities tab.

In the activities view, locate the “Future activity” or similar filter options.

Look for integrations listed under activities.

Select DocuSign from the integration options.

Review the timeline to locate DocuSign activities — you may need to scroll down depending on the amount of recorded activity.

Click the DocuSign link to open the contract or document.

You can view the document whether or not the member has signed it.
