Purpose & Overview

Problem we are solving:
Customers’ stored credit cards can expire without notice, interrupting billing processes. This workflow ensures that upcoming credit card expirations are flagged and reminders are automatically sent to key contacts before the card becomes invalid.

Actions & Logic

Trigger:

• Triggered 7 days before a credit card’s expiration date.

High Level Actions:

• Sends an email reminder and in-app notification to designated recipients.

• Current recipients include Brayden and Joey.

• Reminder communicates that a stored credit card is about to expire and prompts an update.

Outcome:

• Ensures proactive communication to avoid payment disruptions.

• Keeps stakeholders informed before a customer’s credit card expires.
